View automation task details

To review the details of an automation task—Smart Scan, Malware Scan, or Application Updates—configured within your CleanMyMac Business Organization:

1. Sign in to your Owner or Admin account in the Admin Dashboard, then go to Automation.

2. In a task widget, for example, in Smart Scan, click More Details.

   

   The task details open.

3. In the task details, you can:

   • View current task settings (frequency and devices the task covers)

   • See the percentage of devices where the task ran in the last seven days

   • Inspect devices that weren't scanned (click a device in the list to view its details)

   

   Click Edit in the top-right corner to modify the task settings.
