The Support Tool report

  1. Download the Support Tool.

  2. In your Downloads folder, find the ZIP archive named MacPawSupportTool.zip and double-click it to extract the app.

  3. Open the app and click Save the report to Desktop.

    You may be prompted to enter your admin password – the one you use to log in to your Mac.

  4. Once the Support Tool finishes generating the problem report (it may take several minutes), find the ZIP archive with the report on your desktop and send it to our Support Team.

    To review the report before sharing it with our Support Team, extract the report and explore its contents. The Support Tool collects no other data from your Mac apart from what's included in the ZIP archive.
