Performance reports

Performance reports are scheduled email summaries that provide a snapshot of your Organization's device metrics. They help admins monitor security, performance, unwanted apps, and storage stats across all managed Mac computers. You can get those reports weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

By delivering regular insights straight to your inbox, performance reports can help you:

• Keep stakeholders informed on device status.
• Get a fast overview of major issues.
• Ensure everyone stays aligned without needing to sign in.

A performance report covers key indicators for the selected period:

• Overview section: A quick look at total threats detected, non-compliant devices, unwanted apps installed and storage cleaned.

  

• The Threat Detection section: How many threats were found and removed in the period. Click Learn More to open the Threats tab in the Admin Dashboard for full details.

  

• The Security Compliance section: Devices that need attention, specific issues and affected users. Click Show X Devices to open the Compliance tab in the Admin Dashboard for per-device details.

  

• The Unwanted Apps section: Apps marked as unwanted and the count of affected devices, plus detection dates.

  • Click View More next to an app to go to the Admin Dashboard and see devices where it's installed.

  • Click Show X Apps to open the Applications section in the Admin Dashboard and review all unwanted apps.

  

• The Company Storage Cleaned section: Breakdown of space freed by temporary files, system logs, language and unnecessary files, and storage optimization, showing the latest scan and the last 24 hours.

  

1. In the Admin Dashboard, sign in to your Owner or Admin account.

2. In the upper-right corner, click your profile picture and choose Account Settings.

   

   The Settings page opens in a new browser tab.

3. In the Email Reports section, turn Performance Result on and pick a frequency to start.

   Turn Performance Result off to stop receiving emails.
