Browse and select emails

The Email Cleanup Manager shows your emails organized into groups for easier review. Before taking action, you can search and sort to narrow down the list, preview individual emails to check their content, and select what you want to remove or unsubscribe from. These actions are available in every Email Cleanup category.

To search throughout the found emails, click Search (  ) on the upper right, then enter your query in the search field.

You can sort emails in ascending or descending order by size, items count, name, or date. To sort emails, click "Sort by" in the upper-right corner and choose a sort option.

To preview an individual email, click the disclosure arrow next to a sender group on the right, then click Preview (  ) next to an email or right-click an email and choose Show Preview.

CleanMyMac opens a dedicated dialog with the email preview.

You can select emails in bulk, by sender group, and one by one:

• To select emails in bulk, click Select at the top of the sender groups view, then choose Select All.

  

• To select emails by sender group, select the checkbox next to a sender group or right-click a sender group and choose "Select [group]".

  

• To select emails one by one, click the disclosure arrow next to a sender group, then click the checkbox next to an email or right-click an email and choose "Select [email]".
