Turn recommendations on or off
(Updated: )By default, when you open the CleanMyMac Menu, the app shows a recommendation to optimize your Mac and enhance its efficiency.
To turn these recommendations on or off:
Open CleanMyMac, then go to CleanMyMac > Settings in the menu bar (the upper-left corner of your screen).
Alternatively, open the Menu, click the gear icon (
) in the lower-right corner, and choose Settings.Go to the Menu tab and, in the Recommendations section, select or deselect the Enable recommendations checkbox to show or hide recommendations in the Menu.
