Start your plan using a redeem code

MacPaw issues redeem codes as a way to purchase our products. A redeem code looks like this: AB01-CDEF-G234-H5IJ.

How to get a redeem code? You may run into a special offer from one of our Reselling Partners. When you make a purchase, the Reseller provides you a redeem code. You can use the code to start your CleanMyMac X plan.

To exchange a redeem code for a CleanMyMac X plan, follow these steps:

1. Go to the redeem page, then enter your redeem code.

   

   Alternatively, if you have CleanMyMac X installed:

   1. Open the app, then click Unlock Full Version.

      

   2. Click Activate Now.

   3. Enter your redeem code, then click Next.

   4. Click Exchange Code.

      The redeem page opens with the redeem code entered in the respective box.

2. Click Next.

3. Sign in to your MacPaw account if you already have one, or sign up to create a new account.

   Great! You've successfully exchanged the redeem code for a CleanMyMac X plan.

4. Click Go To Account, then follow the instructions to download, install, and activate your copy of CleanMyMac X.

   If you already have CleanMyMac X installed on your Mac:

   1. Open the app, then click Unlock Full Version.

   2. Click Activate Now, then sign in to your MacPaw account.

   Congratulations! You've activated your copy of CleanMyMac X.
